Release Manager (50%)
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Release Manager to join one of our clients, a well-known Financial Services company. For this temporary assignment in Zurich, we are in search of a German speaking candidate who is available immediately/at short notice.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing long-term release plans
- Acting as the central point of contact for all teams and stakeholders
- Creating and communicating detailed implementation plans for individual releases
- Hosting status and planning meetings
- Ensuring risk management assessments have been performed
- Resolving issues related to the scope, process and quality of the release
- Coordinating and leading go-live activities
- Constantly looking for ways to improve the release processes, taking into account different project methodologies, eg Scrum
- Supporting change management tasks
Your profile:
- Over 7 years of experience in release management or similar role
- Project Management certifications including ITIL Foundation, PMP or IPMA
- A structured approach to solving tasks and problems
- A Team player who is customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- A solution-oriented approach and strong analytical thinking
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and German highly beneficial.
