Administrative Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of work experience in an administrative role or additional career training, commercial training or equivalent
- Profound background of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook coupled with SharePoint and Visio knowledge is beneficial
- Talented in using diverse technical equipment after instruction such as teleconferencing equipment
- Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements and situations with priority on delivering solutions
- Languages: fluent English and German written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assisting in calendar management, organising international travel, planning video and non-video meetings across multiple sites as well as preparing and submitting expense reports
- Managing on-boarding, off -boarding, badge extensions and move/space organisations including arranging onsite meetings, seminars, events, workshops or caterings within a budget
- Liaising with the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
- Being the information source on organisational policies and procedures in addition to controlling small moves, update floor plans, mailboxes and order office supplies
- Participating in the company's meetings, events, trainings and projects along with aiding with the optimisation of current processes and introduction of new or modified processes
