Program Manager/Client Service Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Expertise in controlling costs within budgeted levels
- Highly experienced in managing risks, issues as well as rising risks and escalating appropriately to senior management
- Profound leadership background with the competency of guiding and coaching the team
- Competent handling of key Program Partners' and Stakeholders' interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for Application Support and RTB for a business unit within a leading Investment Bank
- Managing support operations to agreed SLAs
- Assuring process effectiveness and continual service improvement
- Conducting Value Creation by collecting metrics data, creating all quality documents and performing Audits
- Ensuring process improvement and compliance as well as engaging in technical design discussions and reviewing technical documents
- Keeping track of schedule for timely delivery by creating project plans as defined by quality standards
