We are looking for our client for a Communication Consultant in the area of North Switzerland:Project:
Windows 7 Migration, Global migration of workforce to Win 7/Office
Profile Description:
- Experienced in the management and delivery of global communication program.
- Experienced in delivering communications as part of technical rollout.
- Able to work as part of wider rollout and management of change team to ensure development and delivery of effective end user communications in support of migration
- Responsible for delivery of communication plan and supporting global network of project and client communications staff.
- Responsible for monitoring delivery and effectiveness of communications, and for undertaking corrective action as required.
- Understanding of training, specifically training requirements and training solutions desirable.
Tasks:
- Manage and maintain communications plan.
- Work with Rollout team, MOC, and client communications to enable delivery of the plan.
- Develop and refine communications materials to ensure currency and accuracy.
- Monitor delivery of communications and effectiveness of communications.
- Support communications events as required.
- Align communications and training.
- Report on communications.
Skills needed:
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Strong verbal a written skills.
- Strong skill in use of office products (word, powerpoint, etc.)
- Project management
- 5 years of experience
Language:
English spoken and written
German spoken (written an advantage)
French would be an asset
Start:
11.10.2010
End:
31.12.2010 (likely to extend to support full rollout programme covering 2011)
Effort:
100%, 3-4 Days / Week onsite
