A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Release Manager, who is responsible for all aspects within the release process. Starting with planning, communication and implementation. He is the central contact for the various teams in the organization. The Release Manager ensures the timely execution of the releases, ensures appropriate risk management is performed and is the central point of communication and coordination. In addition he is the owner of the annual, global release plan, taking into account the test requirements and the availability of other resources needed.Start Date: 01.03.2019

Tasks:
Develop and manage long-term release plans, taking into account dependencies and available resources.
Create and communicate detail implementation plans for individual releases.
Host status and planning meetings.
Perform risk management assessments.
Take leadership in resolving issues related to the scope, process and quality of the release.
Coordinate and lead go-live activities.
Constantly improve the release processes, taking into account different project methodologies, e.g. Scrum.
Support change management tasks.
Requirements:
Project Management experiences and several years of work experience in a similar capacity.
ITIL Foundation and Project Management, e.g. PMP, IPMA certification.
Willing to work outside normal working hours including weekends.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and German.
