Competitive Intelligence Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Act as a CI expert in monitoring key competitors and ensures timely dissemination of critical intelligence and associated recommendations to key stakeholders
- Lead the collection of competitive intelligence from internal and external (agency) sources and undertake the synthesis and dissemination of this information to support decision making
- Lead the coordination, planning and execution CI at conferences
- Support the organization and facilitation of strategic competitor workshops
- Partner with International Strategic Insights Managers (ISIM) and US CI to support brand teams on key strategic decision making
- Provides analyses for strategic initiatives - e.g. competitor landscapes, threat assessments, strategic workshops, SWOTs, target product profiles of competitor products, etc.
Main qualifications
- Profound work experience in strategic consulting or other analytical experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative CI; past responsibilities for integrating and synthesizing findings from multiple sources to enable informed business strategic decision–making
- Experience in Immunology, Oncology or CNS is a plus
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, project management
- Good commercial understanding and awareness
