Senior Scrum Master (m/f)

Duration: 11 MM+
Main tasks:
- Facilitate Squad ceremonies from sprint planning to demonstration
- Track progress and achievement of the Squad goals at daily stand-ups using burndown charts/cumulative flow diagrams
- Coordinate interaction with other Squads of one's own and other tribes
- (e.g. during Quarterly Tribe Review planning or other tribe Squads synchronisation ceremonies)
- Manage the processes of decomposition and task estimation, finding dependencies with other Squads and updating the backlog to prepare the Squad for QTR
- Administer the backlog in the production system
- Help other Squads and conventional parts of the organisation build effective communication and interaction with the Squad
Main qualifications
- experience being a Scrum Master (Certified)
- Experience in a leadership or project team role preferred
- Worked in agile projects with multiple development/scrum teams
- Business Intelligance experience is a big plus
- Past developer experience is highly desired
- Scaled Agile certification preferred
- Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through road-blocks
- Assertive, with the confidence to be voice of authority
- Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-development
- Strong communication skills and ability to coach team on agile practices and ensure adherence to agile methodology to deliver maximum business value on time
- Experienced with managing backlogs and sprints in JIRA
