Responsible for system architectures and solutions. Main deliverables include the Solution Brief (Concept),
Solution Architecture (Blueprint) and Architecture Decision Document (for ARB)
• Identify solution architecture design alternatives based on client’s objective and budget
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across the lifecycle of a project to drive delivery of high-quality
solutions, while ensuring that the solution fits the existing application landscape
• Proposes, recommends or facilitates the selection of appropriate tools, techniques, and resources for all
technical components of the solution
• Defines and estimates project proposals, oversees the technical component of the SOW and the technical
component of project plans
• Act as a liaison with other architect functions (security architects, data architects, technology architects,
enterprise architects)
• Responsible for identifying technical risks, communicating those risks and recommending solutions that
mitigate the risk to the client
• Identifying opportunities to reuse enterprise and shared technology services
• Influence a wide range of stakeholders across multiple LOBs & obtain consensus on the correct technical
solution
• Partnering with multiple delivery teams operating in agile and traditional waterfall fashion to ensure solutions
built are aligned to the long-term target architecture
• Completes the solution architecture documentation for the program/project
Anforderungen
In-depth understanding of Architecture Methods and how they are applied to develop Solution
Architectures
• Hands-on knowledge of Java/Web or .NET using agile development methods and a practical
understanding of DevOps
• Experience with large-scale transformation projects
• Experience in development, roll-out and maintenance of enterprise-scale applications
• Analytical with good inter-personal skills.
• Tenacious, self-motivated with customer focus
• Decisive and pragmatic problem solver.
• Assertive, well-developed communication skills. Able to engage with both technical and nontechnical
staff at all levels in the organization, to understand and respond to their needs in
