Account Manager /Recruitment (Personal lease/IT Consultancy)Project Task:
-You will maintain existing and new relationships with customers and assume responsibility for recruitment in the areas of consulting and personnel leasing.
-You will communicate the client's wishes to the recruitment team and ensure quality. Your own recruiting talent is also in required for the more demanding positions. Once you successful place an IT-Contractor or close the deal for a consultancy job, you will be the link between the company and the consultants on the project, provide them with professional support for the duration of the project.
Skills / Requirements:
-You have a university degree or commercial training. We expect experience in recruiting and managing contractor on projects. Ideally, you have already worked as a recruitment consultant or as an Account Manager in an IT consulting company. Very good German and English skills are required. Knowledge of French, spoken and written, is an advantage.
-You are goal-oriented, quality oriented and perseverant and able to act entrepreneurially.
