A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a Test Manager. This company is implementing a new system and process environment to support the financial closing for the Insurance business through the ATLAS Programme. The IETV project is driving the development and implementation of the new end-to-end processes and systems for integrated economic and traditional financial reporting, from source to sub-ledger and general ledger, using the innovative 'baseline delta' approach.To facilitate the implementation, an Agile approach is being adopted and Sprint teams established. A Testing Chapter Lead is now required to co-ordinate testing across the Sprint teams.Start Date: asap

Tasks:
·Define and own strategy and approach for agile testing.
·Define test case & test results documentation standards.
·Educate the Agile teams in the testing approach.
·Coordinate requirements for test clients and environments with Central IT Team.
·Ensure quality of testing performed by agile teams.
·Ensure test cases and expected results defined and documented according to standards.
·Assess test cases and results with respect to fitness for test automation, regression testing and update/maintenance requirements.
·Align iterative build-up of static E2E test data set for Investment and for Reinsurance.
·Coordinate test runs across agile teams and clients/environments.
·Log and track OSS tickets with SAP.
·Liaise with Roll-In chapter for handover and alignment with waterfall testing.
Requirements:
·At least 5 to 10 years' experience of test management using agile in large Finance transformation projects.
·Understanding of finance processes, accounting, ideally in the insurance industry.
·Awareness and experience in successful agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing.
·Passion for communicating and enforcing testing standards across the teams.
·Understanding of IT test environment set up, processes and management.
·Good understanding of the ATLAS transformation project and IETV in particular.
