Project Manager Junior with profound PMO knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 1+ years' experience in Project Management
- Strong sense of ownership as well as ability to work autonomous and think critically
- Profound analytical skills and attention to detail coupled with a structured way of work
- Competency to navigate ambiguity with a flexible and pragmatic attitude
- Solid MS Office skills, particularly regarding Excel and PowerPoint
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting the team in projects and contributing actively to project management duties and activities
- Crafting and updating key documents as well as monitoring and controlling scope, schedule, resources and financials
- Building and handling relations with clients and within CEDD, including scheduling and preparing meetings, assessing and crafting communication as well as conducting training needs analysis
- Coordinating project activities and governance associated with several projects, such as process requests for alterations to scope, cost, schedule and benefits
- Tracking overall progress compared to project objectives and reporting regularly on progress
- Acting as main point of contact for project management related issues
