SharePoint Support Engineer required, to work on a project within a major Bank.
Responsibilities
- Working with customers to solve Level 2/3 SharePoint issues within SLA
- Managing escalations from Level 1 support
- Day to day tracking of the support queue
- Contribute to the wider team and overall product offering
Required
- Strong technical experience with SharePoint 2013, including the ability to solve Farm level problems
- Expert in Document Management features of SharePoint
- Sound knowledge of SharePoint's site permission models
- Strong Office (2013 and 2016) client skills and how they interact with SharePoint
- Demonstrable experience in working in a similar Support function
- Proven experience operating standard helpdesk/service desk tools
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar formal processes
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent English
Desirable
- PowerShell Scripting skills
- Experience with harmon.ie
- Experience with SPDockIT
- Experience with ShareGate for ad-hoc migrations
Start date: February 2019
Duration: 12 months contract (evtl. option for extension)
