Analytical Development Specialist (m/f)

Main tasks:
- As Analytical Development Specialist you will oversee, monitor and drive outsourced analytical studies
- This includes transfer/validation of analytical methods at CRO/CMO and data evaluation
- Preparation of progress and summary reports as e.g. analytical development report and control strategy
- Foresee process and workflow quality improvement by reviewing ongoing process, analyses trends and introduces KPIs with the goal of gain in efficacy and meet timelines
- Ensure acquisition of know-how and maintaining a profound expertise especially in analytical methodology, technology and regulatory guidelines
- Meet regulatory standards for development and commercialization as appropriate for the stage of the product
Main qualifications
- University degree in Chemistry, Analytics, Pharmacy or equivalent
- Profound analytical development work experience in the Pharma / Biotech industry
- Experience in outsourcing cGMP method development and validation /transfer to release laboratories
- Knowledge in GMP, ICH guidelines, chromatography separation and method development e.g. HPLC, IC, GC, KF and corresponding software
- Ability to effectively handle challenging timelines
- Project management experience
