For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedProduct Owner - Digital Transformation / Workflow Processes (6008)
This project is part of the Digital Solutions & Delivery department which drives the digitalization of the bank. The project shall deliver a user centric, multi-channel solution that substantially simplifies the Front to Back processes around the life-cycle of a client relationship, reduces entry barriers and enhances organizational efficiency.
Your qualifications:
• Experience with Agile Project Management & Delivery, ideally as Product Owner within Financial Services
• Profound understanding of both the business and IT environment and of the key business processes in Banking
• Experience in either Target Operating Model (TOM) definition, Business Process re-engineering or Business Workflow implementation
• Enthusiasm for Banking and Digital Innovation as well as long-term focus on Project / Product Management
• Experience in Client Onboarding is of high advantage
• Appway experience is a plus
• Fluent in English, German would be of advantage
Your responsibilities:
• Providing services to the scrum teams, this includes contributing to the task of three Product Owners
• Representing the business stakeholders for the process design and implementation
• Defining features, epics and user stories and prioritizing them for agile development
• Engaging with key stakeholders of DSD, Front Office, Tax, Regulatory, Operations, General Counsel and Compliance (and more)
• Aligning the business analysis and requirements engineers
• Approving / rejecting the implementation done by the scrum teams
• Management and conceptual set-up of end-to-end requirements with a Business perspective
• Furthermore, the resource will be involved in program management related activities, e.g. status reporting, adoption tracking etc.
