Tasks:
·In this project you support the team in their projects.
·You actively contribute to project management tasks and activities e.g. craft and update key documents.
·You monitor and control scope, schedule, resources and financials.
·You build and handle relations with the key people of the Partner division (client) and within CEDD, including schedule and prepare meetings, assess and craft communication, conduct training needs analysis.
·You coordinate the project activities and governance associated with various projects, like process reque for changes to scope, cost schedule and benefits.
·You track overall progress against project objectives and regularly report out on progress.
·Moreover you act as central collection and dissemination point for program/project management related information.
·You are a role model and ambassador for the application of the company internal standards and project management methodologies.
Requirements:
·You have 1 - 5 years of experience in the project management.
·You are experienced in dealing with people.
·You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
·You are fluent in English, German is a plus.

·You have a "can do attitude" and a strong sense of ownership paired with high levels of intrinsic motivation and energy.
