Head of HR (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Manage an onsite Shared Service team for all transactional and administrative HR activities, including payroll and benefits
- Responsibility for work permits and visas
- As a Team leader, you will manage the HR processes for the HR team such as performance appraisal, bonus calculations, salary reviews etc.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with local labour laws
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching as well as learning opportunities
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or qualified through experience
- Progressive HR experience in a multinational environment
- Broad experience in the entire employee life cycle as per Swiss regulations
- Ability to manage and interpret employment laws
- Fluent in business English (written and spoken), fluency in German advantageous
