Beschreibung

Scrum Master wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 5+ years' experience scrum master role in implementation and a scrum master certification as well as experience in large transformation projects
  • Ability to coach agile methodology and to communicate and adapt principles and practices to the project situation
  • Awareness and experience in successful agile techniques such as user stories, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing and automated testing
  • Understanding of finance processes, accounting, ideally in the insurance industry
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Leading and coaching the team on how to use agile and scrum practices
  • Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organisation and defining their working environment to maximise their productivity
  • Working closely with the product owner and act as ambassador and translator between product owner, agile team and chapter leads
  • Supporting planning, progress tracking and reporting
  • Assisting internal and external communication, improving transparency and information sharing
