Michael Bailey Associates is currently recruiting for a Controller for an Investment Bank in ZurichStart: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
PROJECT SUMMARY:
Global Facilities Management delivers optimized and reliable facilities management services to create a flexible, transparent and cost efficient environment for the bank. We cover building related services (e.g. facility services, move & workplace services, mail & courier), business support services (e.g. room management & reservations, reception services & switchboard), as well as staff services (e.g. employee catering, health services).
Responsibilities:
* Planning coordination (monthly forecasting / annually budgeting)
* Pursuing month end closing activities
* Profitability control and result analysis
* Monthly standard reporting and special evaluations
* Guarantee the supply of information as well as the technical support of the service lines / accounts assigned
Must Have/Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of practical experience in operational controlling
* Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
* Enthusiasm, analytical thinking, communication skills, high degree of independence and assertiveness
* Excel (Pivot tables, V-Look up level required)
* Working knowledge of MS Word
