Enterprise Architect wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Master degree in computer science or similar official recognised education in addition to 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in IT Service Management
- Certification in ITIL framework and TOGAF along with solid experience of tooling to support Service Management
- Domain knowledge of process and Datamodelling with a good command of CMDB design coupled with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Awareness of technology and operational practices in the area, standards and industry best practices such as SOA, hyper-converged infrastructure, virtual data centre, containerisation, public cloud and infrastructure-as-code
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Working with other experts in the areas of engineering, product management and service delivery
- Securing that reference architectures and best practices are widely agreed and communicated within the organisation
- Modelling the company's IT Systems landscape as well as solving challenging design problems that arise from the complexity and scale of the technical landscape
- Authoring the reference architectures around all aspects of service management, including the toolset supporting the service management processes, the interfaces with a rich ecosystem of services and technical capabilities as well as the connection to the customer
- Providing coherence to a decentralised service landscape and being the key facilitator to solve multi-stakeholder problems
