German Speaking Operational Controller - Corp. Real Estate (6001)

In this role you are responsible for pursuing month end closing activities and taking care of Switzerland activities and high quality of process documentation.

Your Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years’ practical experience in operational controlling
• Strong skills in Word and Excel (Pivot tables, V-Look up level required)
• Good Hyperion and Essbase knowledge are an advantage
• Enthusiasm, analytical thinking, communication skills, high degree of independence and assertiveness
• Ability to prepare high quality process documentation (Word)
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning coordination (monthly forecasting / annually budgeting)
• Pursuing month end closing activities
• Profitability control and result analysis
• Monthly standard reporting and special evaluations
• Guarantee the supply of information as well as the technical support of the service lines / accounts assigned
