Tasks:
·In this project you facilitate process success for the agile team setup.
·You own and facilitate process and meetings to deliver the product.
·You identify and have oversight of issues and remove impediments.
·You work closely with the product owner and act as ambassador and translator between product owner, agile team and chapter leads.
·Furthermore you coach and mentor the agile team and product owner.
·You help and facilitate planning and Progress tracking/reporting.
Requirements:
·For this position you bring the required skills and experience in the following areas:
- Workshop & meeting moderation.
- Conflict resolution & mediation.
- Scrum master certification.
- Coaching in agile methodology & ability to communicate and adapt principles
and practices to the Project situation.
- Track record of assuming scrum master role in implementation projects for at
least 5 years.
- Experience in large transformation projects.
- Awareness and experience in successful agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD,
TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing.
- You have a good understanding of the ATLAS transformation project and IETV
in particular.
- You understand the finance processes and the accounting ideally in the
insurance industry.
Soft Skills:
·You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to network and understand the workings of the project.
