BGE Technical Supplier Manager- GMP/SAPProject/Role:
For our customer, a renowned Pharmaceutical client in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced BGE Technical Supplier Manager who has experience in supplier and/or quality management. The role is contract position for 12 months in Luzern Switzerland.
Main Tasks:
-Advanced technical management of external suppliers, involvement of internal departments and decision bodies (e.g. PCQT, R&D, Procurement, PTM, SQB, Production)
-Ensure supplier product and process quality as well as the supply of client production over the entire product life cycle of products
-Responsible for the successful implementation of client requirements at supplier operations including process, product and manufacturing changes
-Provide on a regular basis the status and oversight of toolings
-Coordinate and drive solutions for WE notifications
-Responsible for the technical evaluation of suppliers within the supplier evaluation process in collaboration with procurement
-Ensure continuous improvement of quality, compliance, costs and availability of material from Suppliers - manage improvement programs with suppliers and monitor the implementation of agreed measures
-Ensure the correct regulatory procurement documentation including the purchasing specifications (TDC) and further relevant regulatory documents, such as supplier process risk analysis
-Support R&D for DfX (Design for Manufacturing, Testing, etc.) during product development in close cooperation with the suppliers
-Based on the risk management process and in collaboration with the SRM Manager, define measures for supplier development, including planning and implementation
Skills / Requirements:
-Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in supplier and/or quality management. Thorough finisher in implementing improvement measures at supplier site
-Experienced in GMP
-Communicates well on shop floor as well as on GM level incl. PowerPoint
-SAP
Education:
-University degree/Master in Computer science engineering, or equivalent higher education in a technical and analytical field.
Language:
-Advanced English and German nice to have.
