Enterprise Solutions Architect wanted for our Switzerland based client in the technologies sector.Your experience/skills:
- Proven work experience in Solution design, architecture and consulting
- Expertise in Digital Workplace, Software Defined Data Centre, Converged Networks, Cyber Security, Unified Communications, Future Mode Operations including Tooling and Infrastructure Services
- Practical experience in infrastructure design documentation, finance and budget controlling as well as Solutioning and Presales
- Good knowledge of industry 4.0 framework, AI, ML, Automation and new technology trends
- Competency of stakeholder management and supplier management along with good commercial negotiations skills, problem solving skills including root-cause analysis
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Establishing IT Architecture Governance framework, Architecture roadmap including as-is and to-be solution architecture blueprints and technology product lifecycle management
- Building solution architecture, spreading the technology and adapting the solution proposal that meets customer requirements
- Collaborating with Account Directors, Service Delivery Managers, Practice Architects, Technical Architects, Project Managers and client
- Providing support to resolve issues affecting the infrastructure, such as performance, processes and service issues as well as providing technical and procedural advice and guidance to team members
- Supporting the development of new ideas, business case or opportunities into fully fledged solution proposals during the pre-sales stages
- Ensuring the efficient use of resources as well as developing innovative uses of technology in collaboration with architects and client architects for operational improvements of customer service
