Essential Job Functions
•Participate in all aspects of developing Drupal web applications using agile/scrum methodologies.
•Experience in the development of workflow applications supporting project management, activity tracking or ticketing systems.
•Communicate effectively with business subject matter experts and project team members (English)
• Mentor other staff on Drupal development
•Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change for the solution to be implemented
•Ability to work with the team to set and stick to agreed priorities.
Requirements
•Expert in web development using Drupal 6, PHP on LAMP (linux, apache, mysql, PHP)
•Past experience with agile/scrum in the Pharmaceutical industry is helpful.
•Competence with a wide range of web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT).
•Strong relational database experience (MySQL)
•BS/BA degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline
•Ability to understand business requirements and convert into technical specifications as well as implemented solutions.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

•Should have the ability to get up to speed quickly (work environment technologies)
•Should be self-motivated and have the ability to work through hurdles with minimal supervision.
•Experience with System Development Life Cycle methodologies.
•Support and maintain requirements traceability as it relates to end user testing and acceptance
•Ability to multitask.
•Ability to see risks and ways of mitigation.
•5-8 years of direct developer experience.
