Your tasks
You support the project manager in the execution of his management tasks
You provide slides for different presentation groups (e.g. Steering Committees, senior management, Transformation Committee etc.)
Consolidate project meetings into presentations and minutes
You track any open items of the project
You coordinate and manage the SharePoint site of the project
You keep track andyou document the new requirements together with the responsible Business Product Manager / Project Head
Maintains the scope and requirements management of new issues
Designs and specifies new processes and process changes
You do data analysis, adjustment and preparation of upload file for an internal task tool
You prepare “RM-Booklet” for RMs
Your skills
You have 3 - 5 years' experience as a PMO / BA in the banking industry
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Tool Suite (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
You have excellent communication skills
The ability to work in a global, complex and ambitious environment
You speak fluent German and English
