Full stack Java Developer wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Master Degree or PhD in technical discipline from renowned university such as computer science, math, physics or engineering along with 7+years' work experience in implementing mission critical server side application in core Java
- Expertise in highly available, multi-threaded low latency platforms along with practical knowledge in enterprise integration patterns such as Spring integration and Apache Camel
- Work experience in messaging frameworks such as Apache Kafka and Apache ActiveMQ with know-how of the latest versions of Java
- Practical knowledge of a development role in finance or computationally intense computing, like banking, trading, asset management, risk management and insurance
- Sound knowledge of financial products, time series and risk management principles
- Expertise in Linux environments along with domain knowledge in Angular 5/6, DevOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud and containerisation technologies
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Implementing new requirements
- Inspecting and focusing on scalability, architecture, stability and automated testing
- Working with an international team of developers, architects, quantitative investment professionals
