Head of Service Delivery Management - Zurich

The area Service Delivery Management (30+ employees) is responsible for the application management, change management and staffing. There are major change requests and projects planned for more than 50 IT services in a complex nationwide landscape. This landscape has 5 sub-areas each consisting of multiple organizations.

We are looking for a senior with a lot of experience in leadership, driving chances and sizeable outsourcing projects with thorough best practice methods.

You would be responsible for the application management, change management and staffing of employees in the delivery unit during major change requests and projects for more than 50 IT services in the entire corporate landscape. The IT services are provided in the following subject areas:

Tasks
  • Management of 30+ employees, 5 subordinate team leaders (one team for each of the 5 sub-areas)
  • Responsibility for partial outsourcing
  • Supplier management (internal and external)
  • Resource Management
  • Service and Operations Management
  • Delivery prioritization (change / solution management)
  • Delivery-/ Operations Quality Management
  • Customer and committee support in Operations topics
  • Advance and implement service standardizations
  • Evaluate Sourcing Potentials
  • Organizational polls and reporting
