Senior Application Trainer (m/f) CATIA V5 & V6 - Trainings / Support / Europe-wide / German & EnglishRole:
For our renowned client in Switzerland we are looking for a Senior Application Trainer (m/f) with expertise in CATIA V5 and CATIA V6. In this role, you will work both at the Swiss headquarters and at various locations in Europe (e.g. Germany).
Main Tasks:
- Training and Support in CATIA V5 and CATIA V6
- Planning of trainings
- Training of superusers and users
- Preparation and maintenance of training documents
- Monitoring and processing of the ticket system regarding support cases
Requirements:
- You have a degree as a design engineer or computer scientist (application development/support) or a comparable completed education/further training.
- You have a high level of expertise in the practical handling of CATIA V5 and CATIA V6.
- You are didactically gifted and have experience as a Trainer and/or Superuser.
- In addition to very good German (ideally mother tongue), you also have a very good command of English, which you can use skillfully for training purposes.
- You are an enthusiastic and flexible team player.
- You are willing and prepared to travel to European locations for foreign assignments.
