Application Service Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Working experience in Application Service Management or deputy role, preferably in IT
- Ability to track, troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and problems
- Understanding of the dependencies and linkage between processes, systems and projects Application Service Manager
- Competency of designing, developing and providing customer training sessions and workshops in addition to writing training manuals
- Strong communication and leadership skills as well as a solution oriented mind-set
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Ensuring stable operations of the research application portfolio as well as gathering and providing application metrics
- Assuring that IT solutions meet the business expectations concerning quality, performance, costs, reliability, security and regulatory requirements
- Guaranteeing that the application meets global IT standards for system development and maintenance
- Creating and sustaining relevant application documentation and supporting tools during the application life cycle
- Corresponding with customer groups in order to enhance user support while also taking care of a close collaboration with appropriate system owners and key stakeholders in business
