Professional Change and Project Manager (m/f)

Duration: 10 MM+
Main tasks:
- Work in the Procurement area, partnering with a Project Business Lead and stakeholders to establish/build upon the project plan and deliverables and manage project through VMS deployment in multiple sites across Europe
- Interact with management, coordinating and directing activities of project team members
- Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are documented
- Organizational Change Management and Communications planning and execution
- Collaboration with other projects in the portfolio
Main qualifications
- Very good work experience in change and project management as well as software implementation projects (ideally Fieldglass)
- Experience using change management methodologies (Prosci highly desired)
- Very good understanding of IT and IT language
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Business-minded and proactive way of working
- Fluency in English
