Change and Project Manager - Prosci Certification - Pharmaceuticals - English - SwitzerlandNextLink is having an existing position as a Change and Project Manager for global projects in Switzerland for our core client within Pharmaceutical industry.
General information:
- Start date: 04.02.2019 - Latest start date: 18.02.2019 - End date: 31.12.2019 - Extension: Would be possible, but needs to be approved (depending on the project). - Work location: Basel, Building 690 - Workload: 100% - Remote/Home Office: Not preferred at the beginning, later possible (up to 1 day per week). - Travelling: Up to 20% possible to Rotkreuz and Madrid (can be discussed during interviews).
Your main accountabilities will be:
- The experienced resource will work in the area of Procurement, partnering with a Project Business Lead and Stakeholders to establish/build upon the project plan and deliverables and manage the project through the VMS deployment in multiple sites across Europe - Interacting with management, coordinating and directing activities of project team members - Ensuring all project requirements and/or objectives are documented - Organizational Change Management and Communications planning and execution - Collaboration with other projects in the portfolio
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management and project management (both important) - Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation projects (ideally Fieldglass) - Experience with using change management methodologies (Prosci highly desired) - Very good understanding of IT and IT language - Very strong coordination and communication skills - Business-minded and proactive way of working - Fluent English - Okay with travelling to Rotkreuz and Madrid
