IT Business Analyst Retail (m/f) 70-100% - Business Requirements Engineering / Process Modeling / German & EnglishProject / Role:
For our client in the Lucerne region we are looking for an IT Business Analyst (m/f) with expertise in the retail sector. For this, previous experience as a system or software developer is a mandatory.
Main tasks:
- Creation of functional specifications and systematic management of customer requirements (identification, structuring, testing and evaluation)
- Systematics: The requirement collection, analysis, specification and evaluation must always be observed
- Preparation of a requirement specification or a list of requirements or, based on agile software development, the management of the Product Backlog Item (PBI)
- Creation of acceptance criteria (UAC) and test plans (UAT)
- Success factors such as growing integration and complexity of products, financial restrictions, innovation and time pressure must be taken into account (this also includes stakeholder analysis)
- Project-oriented cooperation with Business Development
- Method-controlled recording and description of business and specific IT processes
- Qualification of processes by means of test procedures and analyses for the purpose of controlled release to the development department
- Maintenance of the documentation of the recorded business and IT processes
- Preparation and support of customer workshops, internal and external process consulting as well as training and education
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in the role of IT Business Analyst
- Expertise in the field of retail systems and software products
- Experience in system or software development
- Analytical strength
- Very good methodological knowledge in business analysis or requirements engineering
- Strong communication skills: professional, goal- and solution-oriented
- Independent, careful, conscientious and punctual working methods
Education:
- Completed technical/university studies in computer science or comparable education
Languages:
- German: fluent (word & writing) - ideally mother tongue
- English: business fluent (written & spoken)
