OCM Lead and Agile Coach / Project Lead (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Ensure successful organization transformation in line with the defined success factors
- Plan, execute and monitor change management actions as per best practices
- Develop, deliver and execute associated communication plan and communication material
- Monitor organizational transformation and advise on preventive / corrective measures to ensure successful transformation
- Play Scrum Master role for the Implementation Squad
- Coach Implementation Squad members (Product Owner, Squad Team, Sponsor, experts, others) in order to deliver according to project timelines
- Design, setup and run the appropriate ceremonies and governance controls
- Ensure effective and consistent reporting and communications to business and IT stakeholders
- Follow-up on Risks, Actions & Decisions
Main qualifications
- Very good work experience with organizational change management endeavours, preferably with regional / global scope
- Excellent knowledge leading one or more organizational project as well as regarding project delivery with broad industry exposure
- Proven track record in communication and change management
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum framework, languages, standards and processes
- Track record in leading virtual teams in multicultural environments
- Ability to create and lead high performing virtual teams
- Strong knowledge and experience with IT / IS processes / governance / technology trends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to communicate to others not only what is being done and how, but also why
- Fluency in English
