Clinical Trial Supply Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in engineering, science or in a relevant profession
- 3 + years of work experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Familiarity with Drug Development process
- Know-how of Project Management with outstanding organisation and planning skills
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations such as GMP and HSE
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Evaluating overall clinical trial protocol and protocol amendment including providing inputs to develop optimal packaging design, visit schedule and clinical trial supply design
- Securing complete and accurate clinical supply demand for assigned study in alignment with protocol requirements, patient projections as well as key study parameters and milestones, with appropriate overage and by using defined processes and systems
- Driving and creating finalisation of the packaging design and a comprehensive label strategy for all participating countries in the clinical trial
- Analysing clinical supply parameters for NIRT set up and initiating subsequent updates throughout the duration of the clinical trial
- Creating optimal distribution plans for investigational medicinal products with partner functions along with triggering and tracking shipments of IMPs from central depot to regional hubs and local depots
- Developing, ensuring and processing an optimal resupply strategy with proactive planning, appropriate lead-time and replenishment quantities to ensure compliance and continuity of clinical supplies, including proactive expiry management of clinical supplies
