OCM Lead and Agile Coach - Project Delivery - SCRUM - Pharmaceuticals - English - SwitzerlandNextLink is having an existing position as a OCM Lead and Agile Coach for global projects in Switzerland for our core client within Pharmaceutical industry.
General information:
- Start date: 21.01.2019 - Latest start date: 01.02.2019 - End date: 30.09.2019 with potential to extend. - Extension: An extension is possible, but would need to be approved. - Work load: 100% - Work location: Kaiseraugst- Remote: Possible 1 day per week, to be evaluated with IT lead. - Travel: Ability to travel is needed up to 25% (location tbd).
Your main accountabilities will be:
- Ensure successful organization transformation in line with the defined success factors - As Change Lead (Organizational Change Management Lead): a) Plan, execute and monitor change management actions as per best practices b) Develop, deliver and execute associated communication plan and communication material c) Monitor organizational transformation and advise on preventive / corrective measures to ensure successful transformation. - As a Scrum Master / Agile coach: a) Play Scrum Master role for the Implementation Squad b) Coach the Implementation Squad members (Product Owner, Squad Team, Sponsor, experts, others) in order to deliver according to project timelines c) Design, setup and run the appropriate ceremonies and governance controls d) Ensure effective and consistent reporting and communications to business and IT stakeholders e) Follow-up on Risks, Actions & Decisions
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience with organizational change management endeavors, preferably with regional / global scope - +5 years of experience in leading one or more organizational project - 5+ years of experience in project delivery, preferably with broad industry exposure - Proven track record in communication and change management - Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum framework, languages, standards and processes - Proven track record in leading virtual teams in multicultural environments - Pushes without offending and is able to create and lead high performing virtual teams - Strong knowledge and experience with IT / IS processes / governance / technology trends - Strong interpersonal skills (challenge is to build connection and trust with different interaction partners across the IT International organization) - Excellent ability to communicate to others not only what is being done and how, but also why - Fluency in English
