Contract: Business Analyst/Senior Developer (FX/MM/SSI)Job ID 24306
The main responsibilities are :
You are a key contact person for business stakeholders regarding their business requirements, acting as a bridge between business and technology experts
You translate in your role business requirements into IT specifications and designs
You organize stakeholder sign-offs for IT specifications
You analyse the feasibility of requirements and agree priorities with stakeholders in case of resource shortages
You'r working closely with IT architects and other IT development teams within the organisation to design solid application interfaces for Data IT solutions
And you coordinate the software development and testing with external vendors, acting as a key contact
You do the quality check for the vendor deliverables, including test case creation, test case review, design review, code review, test execution
You coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing with business and IT stakeholders
to do hands-on software development and testing as required
MUST
University degree in information technology
Several years of Experience in business requirements gathering and software development in the financial services industry, preferably in investment banking and reference data handling
Proven experience as an software developer, with :J2EE, Java, Informatica, XML, Websphere, Oracle 10g
Proven experience in technical designs of DB centric solutions, preferably under Linux
And you have proven experience in writing of IT specifications
You need experience with agile development methods and strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong team player and ability to work in international, multicultural and heterogeneous teams
Self-motivated, customer oriented, focused and structured
Excellent English (written and verbally)
