Regional S&OP Analyst with profound Supply Chain Management experience wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Management coupled with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including JDE/AS400 and SAP R3/BI
- Good knowledge of Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Supply Chain
- Strength in communication in a multicultural environment coupled with organisation and prioritisation
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Maintaining optimal S&OP processes in Region for assigned products, including target setting, training, process maintenance and tool set use
- Ensuring organisational alignment between Country, Region, and Global functions coupled with creating informational decks and reporting to clearly assess plans, including supporting data, analysis, and new developments in supply upsides and constraints
- Assisting regions in identifying, training and supporting country representatives along with conducting unit and dollar demand forecast review with Regional Counterparts
- Collaborating with regional counterparts to align Rolling Forecast demand against market activities and sales trends along with encouraging precision from the countries and submitting to Global counterparts a complete Rolling Forecast with regional demand
- Partnering with the Regional Marketing Management team on the product portfolio by overseeing regional product launches, rationalisation and special promotions, including communications to regulatory group and other key stakeholders
- Monitoring regional Supply Chain planning KPIs as well as driving different regional initiatives aiming at optimising distribution footprint and developing product assortment
