HR Specialist (m/f)

Main tasks:
  • Preparation and perform internal as well as external audits (HR Lifecycle, payroll, social security)
  • Support the Payroll Manager in the monthly payroll process
  • Support the Head of HR in the internal budget process
  • Responsibility for the HR Reporting
  • Point of contact for all requests from the Finance- / Accounting Team as well as controller in regards to HR Lifecycle
  • Responsible for the FTE reporting
  • Reconciliation of the finance accounts in regards to HR / payroll
  • Contact person for all request in regards to withholding inclusive the invoicing process
  • Responsible for the invoice management as well as PO’s


Main qualifications
  • Profound experience in the payroll area is mandatory
  • Completed commercial education and higher education in HR
  • Good knowledge of Swiss social legislation and income and fringe benefit taxation
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Abacus and Workday experience a key advantage
  • Result oriented and able to develop plans/solutions and to deliver expected results even in ambiguous circumstances
  • Skilled in developing HR plans/initiatives and aligning people management practices to support business objectives
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • High output / quality orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with cultural sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in German
  • Proficient professional English
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written (German and English)
