HR Specialist (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Preparation and perform internal as well as external audits (HR Lifecycle, payroll, social security)
- Support the Payroll Manager in the monthly payroll process
- Support the Head of HR in the internal budget process
- Responsibility for the HR Reporting
- Point of contact for all requests from the Finance- / Accounting Team as well as controller in regards to HR Lifecycle
- Responsible for the FTE reporting
- Reconciliation of the finance accounts in regards to HR / payroll
- Contact person for all request in regards to withholding inclusive the invoicing process
- Responsible for the invoice management as well as PO’s
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in the payroll area is mandatory
- Completed commercial education and higher education in HR
- Good knowledge of Swiss social legislation and income and fringe benefit taxation
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Abacus and Workday experience a key advantage
- Result oriented and able to develop plans/solutions and to deliver expected results even in ambiguous circumstances
- Skilled in developing HR plans/initiatives and aligning people management practices to support business objectives
- Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
- High output / quality orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with cultural sensitivity
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in German
- Proficient professional English
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (German and English)
