Test Automation Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Analyse requests of developers and ensure the smooth operation of virtual servers, clusters, databases, pipelines and monitoring services
- Design, develop evaluate and improve the automated E2E-Testing solution based on Java and Ruby
- Work in an agile environment, following methods like SCRUM and SAFe
- Ensure the consideration of the design for testability during the specification of new features
- Implement and maintain the necessary testing infrastructure based on VMware, OpenStack, Linux Containers and physical LAN setups
- Collaborate intensely with development, operations and QA team to ensure a successful product delivery
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in software design
- Profound understanding of (test-) automation and configuration management (e.g. Ansible, Puppet), modern databases and virtualisation technologies (e.g. OpenStack, VMware, Docker)
- Very good know-how in object-oriented programming-/scripting languages (e.g. Ruby, Java, Python)
- Know-how and working experience in cloud security and virtualised firewall function are an advantage
- Knowledge of industry practices such as continuous integration (SCM, CI, Deployment, ITIL or TDD) is desirable
- Very good English, German is a plus
