Beschreibung

For our Pharma client in Zürich we are looking for a

Digital Marketing Manager

Major tasks and responsibilities:
Transfer brand objectives into local digital brand plans and initiatives for Switzerland in order to optimize performance within all digital channels (such as consumer, trade and healthcare professionals)
Ensure consistent brand expression and impactful brand communication on all digital channels

For top 10 brands:
1) Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for Top 5 Brands across owned and paid media;
2) Create tactical campaigns for top 10 Brands and monitor brand trademark (SEA);
3) Report, analyze and optimize the digital business

Manage the E-commerce communication strategy and execute it:
1) Ensure product availability at all time on all websites.
2) Coordinate third party vendors.
3) roll-out branded content optimized for customers
Develop and execute Influencer Marketing, report results to stakeholder
Bring up and maintain website on the state-of-the-art regarding SEO including content updates, promotional and campaign tie-ins, landing pages and other aspects
Develop Health Care Professional engagement strategy as well as digital Point of Sales
Use cockpits in order to control KPIs, maintain analytics, metrics and campaign reporting as well as deduce corrections
Represent Switzerland in international communities and actively participate in global project teams to influence decisions and ensure roll-out of global assets that are adapted for the local market

Qualifications

Master Degree in Business Administration, IT, digital marketing or an equivalent qualification
5+ years of relevant experience with digital marketing projects and business challenges incl. proven track record preferably in OTC-, FMCG- or digital-related industries
Self-driven leader with the ability to work in a dynamic and developing functional environment helping to drive the digital competence within the whole Consumer Health organization
Able to deal with short-term challenges while keeping the overall goal in mind and to turn insights into action
Being open-minded and challenging the status quo
Digital native
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written. French would be a plus.
