Second Level Supporter/Administrator (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Responsible for full systems life cycle maintenance and implementation of systems hosting the company’s mission critical application
- Provide primary support through daily operations for the following but not limited to IT functional areas: Active Directory and Windows Server
- Take care of all aspects of Windows Server administration for applications in a corporate critical environment
- Handle Active Directory and Windows Server support for the manufacturing sites
- Available for on call 24x7 support
Main qualifications
- IT related degree
- Very good work experience managing Windows servers in a global data center
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Group Policy, Server 2012 R, and PKI
- Technical expert in the areas of system design, installation, configuration, tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Know-how of PowerShell, SFTP, SCCM, and networking is an advantage
- Preferably experience in a large corporate environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, provide leadership and mentoring, and work within a collaborative team environment
