Data Scientist / Business Analyst Junior wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Hands-on experience in business prototyping for back-testing new business concept as well as proficient developing and using Python
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills with mathematical fluency coupled with quantitative analyst experience
- Ability to work with large data set in Excel with over 1 Mio records
- Good knowledge of trading instruments
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
- Master degree in financial engineering, mathematics or equivalent along with profound background in a business quantitative analysis role in the financial business
Your tasks:
- Programming in Python of low complexity statistical algorithms
- Defining configuration specifications
- Supporting daily production of Python process by analysing the internal stress model results and impact on final reporting
- Owning and developing relationships with partners
