Senior Project Manager (ERP) - Architecture Readiness Project (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Lead, plan, manage and direct medium to large / complex projects and project teams according to Project Management (PMM), ERP expectations, and overall standards
- Manage stakeholder’s expectations as well as project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- In charge of scope and monitors change management
- Ensure qualitative delivery as agreed with customers
- Prepare and maintain project plans (activities, schedules)
- Responsible for timely project delivery to achieve the projects' objectives and benefits
- Take care of project budget, in coordination with line management
- Manage external suppliers and contractors as required
- Build Business Stakeholder Relationships and Networks
Main qualifications
- Very good work experience as IT Project Manager (ERP projects)
- Deep knowledge of System Integration Delivery (proven experience of managing dependencies across multiple applications/work streams)
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers (to Director level)
- Ability to communicate very strongly in both a business and technical context, across different levels
- Some knowledge of market leading integration technologies as well as technical architecture (hosting, security, integration)
- Experience of documenting clear integration design proposals with stated objectives, costs and financial benefits
- Know-how reviewing technical documentation and judge completeness/quality
- Fluency in English
