For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for aMigration Supporter - Telephony Service (5937)
In this project, you will be a part of a dynamic team responsible for operational support of a global Skype for Business 2013 implementation with Enterprise Voice capabilities.
Your Qualifications:
• Know-how with deploying, configuring and supporting Lync 2013 / Skype for Business Enterprise Voice
• Basic knowledge with Enterprise Voice and Call Routing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with end-users in a support environment
• Profound written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
• Support the team in all tasks arising with the migration
• Support of end-users
• Troubleshooting of problems and escalation to next level support
