PMO wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience in a Project Management Office
- Strong financial background with project exposure
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-driven and motivated personality with excellent organisational and communicational skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing PMO Support for Strategy Refresh Programme
- Gathering and consolidating plans from all projects by updating risks, issues and dendencies on a monthly basis
- Supporting the Head of Commercial Systems with MRP and MYC financial consolidation
- Assisting with financial support across projects and supporting cost centers by accruals, reclassifications, detailed variance reporting and clarifications with vendors
