Beschreibung

PMO wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Prior experience in a Project Management Office
  • Strong financial background with project exposure
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-driven and motivated personality with excellent organisational and communicational skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Providing PMO Support for Strategy Refresh Programme
  • Gathering and consolidating plans from all projects by updating risks, issues and dendencies on a monthly basis
  • Supporting the Head of Commercial Systems with MRP and MYC financial consolidation
  • Assisting with financial support across projects and supporting cost centers by accruals, reclassifications, detailed variance reporting and clarifications with vendors
