HTA Data Analyst (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Develop visualization and reporting tools to facilitate the generation of evidence used for Health Technology Assessment (HTA), market access and reimbursement submissions
- Design and implement informatics solutions to automate statistical analysis of clinical Data to support HTA dossier creation
- Develop and implement interactive visualization tools to facilitate exploratory data analysis including implementation of novel statistical methods for HTA
- Drive the end-to-end agile delivery of projects from early stakeholder engagement, Iterative software development, to deployment and life cycle support of solutions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Roche global organization as well as country-level affiliates to ensure systems meet business needs
Main qualifications
- Motivated and experienced data scientist/programmer with a background in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Software Engineering
- Strong software engineering experience using R (including package development)
- Experience producing interactive outputs (Shiny, etc.)
- Experience implementing reproducible research practices like version control (e.g., using Git) and literate programming
- Contributor to open source packages, libraries or functions and experience with other programming languages (e.g. SAS or Python) would be a plus
- Knowledge of HTA methods, clinical development and statistical analysis of clinical trial data helpful but not essential
- Very good English language skills and capacity to communicate effectively and engage with diverse collaborators and to adapt to changing environments and needs
