Project Management Delivery Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience as a Project Manager with Solution delivery methods and processes such as Prince2, PMBook, Scrum or similar
- Organisation capability development in the area of Software Engineering
- Expertise in process documentation and simplification as well as workshop planning and execution to identify and document existing processes and best practice
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, process inventory tooling and Microsoft Access programming fundamentals
- Proficieny in JIRA, Planview, Planning tool and resource management knowledge, coupled with Agile transformation experience
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing and maintaining the solution delivery lifecycle framework within the organisation
- Documenting the solution delivery process and creating a central process inventory and online reference book including simple one pagers and HowTo's
- Enabling the organisation to use the framework by identifying and implementing the right tooling's and tools
- Identifying best practice and integrating it into the framework
- Planning and executing role based training for Project Managers
- Implementing quick win improvements for resource planning and forecasting
