Beschreibung

A Swiss private bank is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage the implementation of the projects to build a new Client Lifecycle Management system and replace the existing CRMs.

Tasks:

In this project you setup the project, manage the communications and moderate the kick-off and other meetings. You report the program management and the business and delivery sponsor.
You staff and manage project resources (including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners)
Furthermore you involve and inform the stakeholders (front units, other user groups, management, architecture, etc.)
Together with business and IT partners, you prepare the requirement list, solution blueprint, work breakdown structure, risk register, stakeholder map and seeks for approval of this Feasibility Phase.
Furthermore you follow the Feasibility Phase, you manage the execution of the implementation. Including planning, directing and controlling.
You follow the execution phase, you manage the technical and functional roll-out to the user base together with his/her business partner and team.
You manage the project risks.
Moreover you support the program management and participate in the definition, implementation and enhancement of the new strategic Client Livecycle Management solution.

Requirements:

You have a higher university degree in computer science/business informatics.
You have the project management certificate (PMI, IPMA, Scrum or equivalent).
You bring minimum 7 years of experience in leading IT projects within the financial industry sector (preferably with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics).
You have a financial industry background (preferably within the Client Relationship Management area).
You have an in-depth unterstanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies).
You have change management experience in driving organizational changes (internal setup) taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities.
A private banking background, Client Relationship Management background and Microsoft Dynamics exposure is advantageous.
You are fluent in German and English.
