ServiceNow CMDB Analyst wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher national diploma level in a relevant discipline
- Prior experience in Project Management with validated systems or other experience in a highly regulated industry coupled with knowledge of overall CMDB management and an understanding of ITSM processes
- Excellent know-how of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping plus keen awareness of limitations and good practice design for solutions of enterprise scale
- Working business knowledge of consulting services, including working with offshore development teams
- Profound ITIL and Service Management IT industry knowledge
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing and executing test scripts
- Providing support to the Core and Foundation technical teams
- Meeting up with stakeholders and derive deliverable requirements
- Communicating the value and limitations of Service Now Discovery within the project context
