Your future tasks:
• In this very interesting role you work as an IT Coordinator to bridge between varios stakeholder of an international company and an IT Service provider with the task to implement Microsoft Clinet/Server solutions based on customer requirements.
• As an interface you gather and elicit the requirements from the customer, the international company, and communicate these to the responsible Manager at the IT Service provider.
• To be able to ensure that you know about all relevant information that is necessary to provide the expected IT solutions, you will communicate with different stakeholders from IT and business areas.
You know-how and experiences:
• University degree in Information Technologies, a federal diploma with appropriate further education or you are in the process of one of these.
• You have experience in the elicitation and collection of requirements from different stakeholders.
• You have experience of current Microsoft Operating Systems (Client and Server) as well as Microsoft SCCM.
• You have excellent communcations skills pared with the ability to understand cusomter needs.
• You are aware of the importance of the interfacing role between different parties.
• Fluent English and good German skills are mandatory.
Start: December 2018
Duration: 12 months (with options to extension)
Workload: 40%
